How does this work?

Losing a contract:
WirelessWithout.com can relieve you from the burden of your cell phone contract by assuming responsibility of your existing contract through your service provider.

 

Using a plan:
You can browse and choose any of our available plans to use with no activation fees, no termination fees, no credit checks and best of all, no contracts. You can change your provider, change your plan, or change your mind with no fees.

 

How does losing my contract save me money?
You may terminate any contract; however, there are early termination fees of $150-$350, per line, dependent upon the carrier. A service provider may charge an additional month of service per line before they fully terminate your contract.

 

If I lose my contract, will I still be able to have cell phone service?
Absolutely! If you want to use WirelessWithout.com for your new service, please choose from the many plans we have available without signing a contract. This allows you to have the freedom in choosing providers, plans and phones.  Should you choose to go directly to the provider and sign another contract, you are free to do so.  Losing your contract with us does not require you to use our additional services.

 

What are the fees to lose a contract and use a plan?
There is a $49.95 one-time fee to transfer responsibility of your contract to WirelessWithout.com, provided we are able to accept your contract. If you use a plan there will be a monthly billing charge of $1.99 per month in addition to plan fees.

 

If I use a plan, how do I get billed?
You will receive an invoice emailed directly to you from WirelessWithout.com that can be paid online.

 

Why not use pre-paid service?
Prepaid plans work for some, but with high per minute charges, can be very expensive.  Generally, there will be no promotions included with these plans such as free mobile-to-mobile calling, free friends and family, etc.  With WirelessWithout.com, all promotions extended originally on the plan you use will remain with the plan at no additional charge.

 

Who do I contact to make changes to the wireless plan that I want to use?
Please contact office@wirelesswithout.com and we will be happy to assist you.  Be sure to include your name, cell phone number and provider you are using in all correspondence.

 

Why do I have to be placed on a waiting list to ‘lose’ my contract?
Contract assumption is based entirely on inventory levels.  Therefore, contracts are assumed on a first come, first served basis. We appreciate your patience during this process.

 

What do I do with my old cell phone?
It is yours to keep. If you choose to use it with another plan, please be advised that not all phones are compatible with all carriers.

 

Do you provide equipment?
In order to offer no contract cell phone plans, we do not provide equipment. Most cellular service providers require contracts and discount phones accordingly. Contract length is determined by the phone discount you receive. Our customers are responsible for providing their own equipment and in turn will never be under contract with us.

 

What if I have poor credit?
WirelessWithout.com will not run a credit check.

 

Can I keep my old phone number?
Regrettably, wireless number portability is not available.

 

How do I stop using one of your plans?
Contact office@wirelesswithout.com and notify us of your desire to end your usage of our plan. This process generally takes 1 business day.
